1 Introduction

Welcome to God33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and God33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at god33.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

God33 provides an online gaming platform offering live dealer casino games, sports betting, slot games, lottery products, and related services ("the Platform") to eligible adult players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. Our platform is operated with a commitment to fairness, security, responsible gambling, and full transparency.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional offer on God33, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction; (c) have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them; and (d) accept our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy as incorporated documents.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Member on the God33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or loyalty rewards granted by God33 to a Member's Account, which may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports event, lottery draw, poker hand, or other wagering activity made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds or access enhanced account features.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which God33 player accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the God33 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services accessible at god33.cam.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to participate in online gambling under applicable law.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the operation or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed on a Game using real-money funds or eligible Bonus Funds.

3 Account Eligibility

Membership of God33 is open to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. God33 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with our underage gambling policy.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) creating an account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a Prohibited Person and are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from God33 or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf with your own funds and are not a beneficial owner acting for, or on behalf of, another party.
• You have a valid Malaysian bank account, e-wallet, or other accepted payment method registered in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

God33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification from any Member at any time. Accounts that fail verification will be suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the God33 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify God33 immediately of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting our support team.

Before processing any withdrawal or activating enhanced account limits, God33 requires completion of our KYC verification process. Accepted documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence (front and back, all four corners visible).
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (TNB, Indah Water, Telekom Malaysia) or official bank statement dated within the past three (3) months, showing your full name and current address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note displaying your God33 username and the current date.

All documents must be submitted through the secure verification portal within your God33 account. God33 does not accept documents transmitted via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other unsecured channel. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. God33 will never ask for your full password via chat or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately and change your password without delay.

5 Terms of Use

By using the God33 Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage terms at all times:

• The Platform may be used solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes by eligible Members.
• All wagers must be placed using funds that lawfully belong to you and have been deposited via payment methods registered in your own name.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions in your local jurisdiction, and you accept full legal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the God33 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripting tools, or any other form of automated wagering.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any other form of fraudulent gaming behaviour.
• Attempting to launder money or use God33 for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Creating accounts for or on behalf of minors, or assisting any person under 21 years of age in accessing the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards God33 staff or other members.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, including VPN use to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

God33 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded to the source account. God33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received and subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. God33 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to your current VIP tier limits.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow/FPX transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• God33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds. Such checks will be completed within 24 hours in the ordinary course.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

God33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-play credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise specified.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, and per device/IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are segregated from real-money funds in your account display. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• God33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion will receive notice of material changes.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

The God33 VIP Programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative monthly wagering turnover as published on the Platform. Cashback rates, withdrawal speed privileges, and account manager access are tier-dependent. God33 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds and benefit structures with reasonable advance notice to affected Members.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games available on God33 are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to game mechanics and outcomes. These Terms shall prevail for all account, payment, and regulatory matters.

• Game Fairness: All slot and RNG-based games on God33 use independently certified random number generators. Published RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome. Technical disconnections during a live game round will be resolved by the platform's round continuation protocol as set out in individual game rules.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. God33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event or based on obviously erroneous odds. Settled results are final and not subject to change once officially confirmed.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant product. God33 reserves the right to limit individual winning payouts to published maximum amounts.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the God33 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, and video materials — is the proprietary property of God33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; or use the God33 name or brand identity in any commercial context without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, God33's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

God33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or God33 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

God33 does not represent or warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service outages may affect Platform availability. God33 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

12 Suspension & Termination

God33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The Member is found to be a Prohibited Person or is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• God33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon account termination for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances not implicated in the grounds for termination will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to applicable legal holds.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their God33 account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method before closure is finalised.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the God33 Platform, we encourage Members to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may endeavour to resolve the matter informally.

God33 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. Dispute submissions should be made in writing via email to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

God33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via their registered email address and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the God33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at god33.cam/terms-conditions and will display the date on which they were last updated.
